Each session is tailored to where you are in your recovery, with careful attention to swelling, tissue changes, comfort and your surgeon’s post-operative guidance.

I’m a Florida Licensed Massage Therapist with 15 years of clinical bodywork experience and specialized training in post-surgical manual lymphatic drainage (MLD).
My background includes advanced training in neuromuscular manual therapy, neuromuscular cupping, scar tissue and instrument-assisted soft tissue manipulation work as a Graston Technique Specialist, as well as craniosacral therapy, Reiki and other therapeutic and healing modalities. This multidisciplinary background has shaped a broader understanding of the body and the physical, emotional, and energetic dimensions of healing—one that extends beyond lymphatic drainage alone.
I bring that experience to every session, providing individualized care based on your procedure, your stage of recovery and what your body needs that day.

Every session begins with a brief check-in about your procedure, your recovery and how you’re feeling that day. Your treatment is adapted to your body and where you are in the healing process.
Recovery changes from one session to the next. As swelling, sensitivity and tissue change, your sessions change with you—providing appropriate support throughout your recovery.
The right time to begin depends on your procedure, your surgeon’s recommendations and how your recovery is progressing. Some clients are cleared to begin manual lymphatic drainage within the first few days following surgery, while others may need to wait longer.
Always follow your surgeon’s post-operative instructions regarding when MLD may begin.
I provide post-surgical manual lymphatic drainage following a wide range of cosmetic and reconstructive procedures, including liposuction, tummy tuck, breast procedures, face and neck surgery, lower-body procedures such as thigh lifts and BBL, and combination procedures such as mommy makeovers.

Yes. Post-surgical MLD is often received as a series of sessions, particularly during the earlier stages of recovery when swelling and tissue changes may be more pronounced. The number and frequency of sessions will vary based on your procedure, your surgeon’s recommendations and how your individual recovery progresses.
Packages are available for clients who anticipate ongoing care. If you expect to schedule multiple sessions per week, advance scheduling is strongly recommended, as appointment days and times are subject to availability.
Your surgeon’s post-operative instructions always take priority. During booking, you’ll be asked to provide information about your procedure and any guidance you’ve received regarding post-surgical massage or manual lymphatic drainage.
If your surgeon has instructed you to wait or has not cleared manual therapy, your session should be scheduled accordingly.
Cosmetic Recovery MLD provides mobile post-surgical care throughout Palm Beach County and select areas of Miami-Dade County. Sessions are provided in your home, hotel or recovery residence.
Additional travel fees may apply depending on your location.
Very little preparation is required. Wear or have available comfortable, loose-fitting clothing and choose a quiet, comfortable space for your session.
Any additional instructions specific to your appointment will be provided during the booking process.
