These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Cosmetic Recovery MLD website and the booking and receipt of services from Cosmetic Recovery MLD. By using this website, scheduling an appointment or receiving services, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms & Conditions.

Services

Cosmetic Recovery MLD provides mobile post-surgical manual lymphatic drainage and related therapeutic bodywork services in Palm Beach County and Miami-Dade County, Florida.

Services are individualized according to the client's procedure, stage of recovery, presentation at the time of the appointment, relevant health information, professional judgment and, when applicable, the client's surgeon or healthcare provider's post-operative instructions.

The availability, duration, scope and appropriateness of a particular service may vary based upon individual circumstances.

Not a Substitute for Medical Care

Services provided by Cosmetic Recovery MLD are not a substitute for medical evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, emergency care or the advice of your surgeon or other licensed healthcare provider.

Cosmetic Recovery MLD does not diagnose medical conditions, prescribe medications, alter surgical instructions or replace the care of your physician or surgeon.

Clients should contact their surgeon or another appropriate healthcare provider regarding medical concerns, complications, unexpected symptoms or questions concerning their surgical recovery.

If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, seek emergency medical assistance rather than scheduling or attending a session.

Surgeon Instructions and Medical Clearance

Clients are responsible for following all post-operative instructions provided by their surgeon or healthcare provider.

Depending upon the procedure, timing, health history, symptoms or other circumstances, Cosmetic Recovery MLD may require medical or surgical clearance before providing or continuing services.

Cosmetic Recovery MLD reserves the right to postpone, modify, discontinue or decline a session when, in professional judgment, treatment may be inappropriate, contraindicated or outside the scope of practice.

Client Disclosure and Responsibility

Clients are responsible for providing complete and accurate information relevant to the safe provision of services, including information concerning their procedure, surgery date, surgeon's instructions, medications, medical history, complications, changes in condition and other relevant circumstances.

Clients should promptly disclose new or worsening symptoms or changes in their recovery before or during a session.

Failure to disclose relevant information may affect whether services can safely or appropriately be provided.

Individual Results

Every surgical recovery is different. Responses to manual lymphatic drainage and other therapeutic services vary according to the individual, procedure, healing process and numerous factors outside the control of Cosmetic Recovery MLD.

Cosmetic Recovery MLD does not guarantee any particular cosmetic, surgical, therapeutic or recovery outcome. No statement on this website, in advertising, during scheduling or during a session should be interpreted as a guarantee of results.

Mobile Appointments

Cosmetic Recovery MLD provides services at approved homes, hotels, recovery residences and other appropriate locations within designated service areas.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate appointment-location information and ensuring that the location is safe, accessible, reasonably private and appropriate for the scheduled service.

Travel availability may vary by location. Certain areas may be subject to additional travel charges, scheduling limitations or minimum booking requirements when disclosed during the booking process.

Cosmetic Recovery MLD reserves the right to decline or discontinue an appointment if the environment presents a safety concern, inappropriate conditions or circumstances that prevent services from being provided professionally.

Appointment Times

Clients should be ready to begin at the scheduled appointment time. Because services are mobile and travel occurs between appointments, timely access to the appointment location is important.

Client-caused delays may reduce the amount of treatment time available when extending the appointment would interfere with subsequent appointments or travel commitments.

Booking and Payment

Appointments may be scheduled through the Cosmetic Recovery MLD website using the designated Acuity Scheduling system.

Prices, deposits, payment requirements and available appointment types are displayed during the booking process and may be updated from time to time.

Payment may be required in full or in part at the time of booking, depending upon the service selected. An appointment is not considered confirmed until all booking requirements shown during scheduling have been completed.

Packages

When packages or multiple-session arrangements are offered, the recommended number and frequency of sessions may vary according to the procedure, stage of recovery and individual circumstances.

Purchasing a package does not guarantee a particular recovery or cosmetic result and does not override medical contraindications or the professional judgment of the practitioner.

Package scheduling remains subject to appointment availability and any package-specific terms disclosed at the time of purchase.

Cancellations, Rescheduling and Missed Appointments

Appointments are subject to Cosmetic Recovery MLD's Cancellation Policy. By scheduling an appointment, clients agree to the cancellation, rescheduling, late-arrival and missed-appointment terms applicable at the time of booking.

The Cancellation Policy is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference.

Consent to Treatment

Scheduling an appointment does not replace any intake, informed-consent or other documentation required before treatment.

Clients may be required to complete intake forms, provide relevant health information and acknowledge or sign appropriate consent documentation before services are provided.

A client may ask questions about the proposed service and may withdraw consent to treatment at any time. Cosmetic Recovery MLD may also modify or discontinue treatment when appropriate for safety, comfort, professional judgment or scope-of-practice considerations.

Professional Boundaries and Conduct

All services provided by Cosmetic Recovery MLD are professional and therapeutic in nature.

Inappropriate, threatening, discriminatory, sexually suggestive, abusive or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated. Cosmetic Recovery MLD reserves the right to immediately terminate or decline an appointment when professional boundaries or personal safety are compromised.
