Acuity may process information necessary to facilitate appointments, intake forms, communications and related scheduling functions in accordance with its applicable terms, privacy practices, security measures and Business Associate Agreement.

Electronic Communications

Cosmetic Recovery MLD takes reasonable precautions when communicating electronically. However, ordinary email, text messaging, social media messaging and other electronic communications may not provide the same privacy protections as the designated client intake and scheduling system.

When health or recovery information is requested for purposes of scheduling, intake or providing services, clients should submit that information through the designated Acuity Scheduling system.
